The Sandy City Mayor's Office invites you to take the following survey.

The Sandy City Fire Department offers Community Preparedness classes like First Aid, Junior Firefighter Academy, Babysitting, Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), School Programs, etc.

Prior to reading this, which best describes your or your family's experience with these classes?

Outside of any classes, in the last 12 months have you had any personal interactions with members of the Sandy City Fire Department?

In November there will be a vote on whether to issue a General Obligation Bond to fund the construction of a new main fire station called “Fire Station 31”, with a more central location for faster responses and with enough space for current operations. For the average Sandy City property value of $628,000 the additional tax payment would be about $3.29 per month or $39.44 per year for 20 years.

How much do you approve or disapprove of paying to build a new main fire station?

Any other comments or suggestions about Fire Department services?
