According to the City of Plymouth’s current snow plowing policy, a snowfall of 2 inches or more triggers a snow emergency – and associated parking restrictions. During a snow emergency, all city streets are plowed curb-to-curb including cul-de-sacs, which generally takes about 9 hours. For snowfall below 2 inches, the city only plows major streets.
