This past winter (2018/2019) the City of Plymouth updated the Snow Plowing policy to trigger a snow emergency at 2 inches, down from 2 ½ inches. Below 2 inches, the City only plows major streets. During a snow emergency, all city streets are plowed curb-to-curb including cul-de-sacs, which can take 8 to 10 hours.
