In the Fall of 2022, the Town of Natick adopted the Community Preservation Act (CPA) to support projects focused on open space & recreation, historic preservation, and affordable housing. Starting in July 2023, the Town added a 1% surcharge to property taxes to fund this initiative. The state also provides a matching contribution from the CPA Trust Fund, currently about 15%.

What specific types of projects would you like to see funded, if any? (You can choose up to FOUR, if any)

The Town must plan to spend at least 30% of the collected CPA funds each year.

Do you have any suggestions for specific projects you would like to see funded with CPA funds?

Any other comments or suggestions about community preservation or how to use the CPA funds?
