The Town’s "Sustainable Marlborough" team is pleased to announce a partnership with Blue Earth Compost to offer a food scraps collection program at the transfer station starting on August 10, 2024. All residents are invited to join this effort at no cost, whether you typically use the transfer station or not!

How do you feel about sorting your food scraps - fruit, vegetable, meat/bones, eggshells, dairy, shellfish/fish, bread, cereal, coffee grounds/filters, tea bags, compostable paper goods - separately from your regular waste?

Do you expect to use the food scraps collection program that starts on August 10?

Food scrap collection bins will be accessible when the transfer station is open on Tuesday afternoon and on Saturday.

Which one would be more convenient for you?

What, if anything, would prevent you from participating in the food scraps collection program? (Choose all that apply)

Any other comments or suggestions about the food scraps collection program?
