Jurupa Community Services District (JCSD) provides water and sewer service, graffiti abatement, and street lights to the cities of Jurupa Valley and Eastvale. JCSD also provides Parks and Recreation services to the city of Eastvale.

YOUR FEEDBACK MAKES A DIFFERENCE!

There were numerous comments about park and recreation services, frontage landscaping, billing, and rates on the Customer Service survey. Our website, www.jcsd.us, has a significant amount of information pertaining to these subjects. We encourage you to visit it.

Some specific concerns from the survey are listed below:

Billing, Payments, and Rates – There are many details that go into these areas. If you have a question please call (951) 727-8007. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Horse Trails – JCSD maintains the Eastvale Trail section of the Santa Ana River Trail (SART). If you encounter a problem on this section of the trail, please call (951) 685-7434. For problems outside this area, please contact your city. Jurupa Valley City Hall can be reached at (951) 332-6464. Eastvale City Hall can be reached at (951) 361-0900.

Landscape Maintenance Areas – JCSD is responsible for many frontage areas, primarily in Eastvale. These areas were hit particularly hard during the drought as irrigation was reduced to meet the State Water Resources Control Board water reduction mandates. The worst affected areas are being replanted and several have been completed. Please visit http://www.jcsd.us/services/parks-and-recreation/parks-landscaping for more information.

RiverWalk Park restroom – Replacement of the restroom is in process and is expected to be completed by early spring.

Street Lights – JCSD is responsible for the street lights within parks. If you encounter a street light problem within a JCSD park, please call (951) 685-7434. All other street lights are owned and maintained by Southern California Edison (SCE). SCE can be reached at (800) 655-4555.

Street Sweeping – JCSD does not provide this service. Please contact your city for information regarding this service. Jurupa Valley City Hall can be reached at (951)-332-6464. Eastvale City Hall can be reached at (951) 361-0900.
