The IVGID Board of Trustees recently modified Ordinance 7 and voted to eliminate the "family tree" restriction on picture pass cards, meaning that Incline Village property owners may now grant or purchase picture passes for people outside of their family tree.

Do you agree with the elimination of the family tree restriction?

Think back to before the recent publicity surrounding the changes to Ordinance 7. Did you know that Incline Village property owners were able to purchase additional picture pass cards (within the family tree) or punch cards (no limits) beyond the allotted 5 total per parcel, for $166 (which is equal to one 1/5 of the Recreation Fee)?

Are you in favor of unlimited punch cards for purchase by property owners?

What kinds of limits, if any, would you like to see on picture pass cards and punch cards?

The recent modifications to Ordinance 7 also eliminated the expiration date on adult picture pass cards and added golf privileges to all picture pass cards. The recent modifications did not change the ability to purchase unlimited punch cards.

Do you have any other feedback (concerns/compliments) or any suggestions to help improve these Ordinance 7 policies to better serve the community?
