In early August, the IVGID Board of Trustees first discovered that IVGID’s GM Pinkerton, District Counsel Guinasso and other staff were collaborating to conceal and/or destroy public email records. The GM and District Counsel have since been implicated by citizens in over a dozen counts of concealing public records plus other alleged criminal misconduct.
In September, the IVGID Board voted 3 FOR (Wong, Horan, Morris) to 2 AGAINST (Dent, Callicrate) to give the GM a $29,675 annual increase in compensation, just 5 months after negotiating a new 3 year contract. At the upcoming Board meeting on Wednesday, November 15 at 6pm, the IVGID Board has agendized a new contract offer to District Counsel Guinasso.
